Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers may generally have a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of purchase.However, for digital content such as downloads, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the provision of the content has begun with the customer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the provision begins.
