License Agreement
This digital artwork is licensed under the following terms. By purchasing or downloading this file, you agree to this License Agreement.
You are purchasing a license to use the digital artwork, not ownership of the original digital file or any underlying rights.
✔ You MAY:
- Use this artwork for personal and commercial purposes.
- Use this artwork to create, print, and sell physical end products.
- Use this artwork for print-on-demand products, including posters, canvas prints, framed prints, apparel, bags, mugs, phone cases, packaging, stationery, home décor, and other physical merchandise.
- Sell physical products made with this artwork through your own online store, print-on-demand platforms, marketplaces, retail shops, events, or client projects.
- Use print-on-demand services, fulfillment partners, or manufacturers to produce and ship physical products featuring this artwork.
- Modify, edit, crop, recolor, combine, or adapt the artwork for use on your own personal or commercial end products.
- Use this artwork in digital designs, social media content, websites, advertisements, branding materials, and promotional content.
✘ You MAY NOT:
- Resell, share, give away, sublicense, or redistribute the original digital file.
- Resell, share, give away, sublicense, or redistribute any modified version of the artwork as a standalone digital product.
- Sell or distribute the artwork, or any modified version of it, as a design asset, stock image, template, clip art, downloadable file, NFT, or similar digital product.
- Upload the artwork, or any modified version of it, to stock asset platforms, digital download marketplaces, NFT platforms, or similar services as a standalone asset.
- Claim authorship of the original artwork.
- Register the artwork, or any confusingly similar version of it, as your own copyright, trademark, logo, or exclusive brand asset.
- Use the artwork in content that promotes hatred, discrimination, harassment, violence, illegal activity, or extremist political or religious propaganda.
- Use the artwork in pornographic, defamatory, misleading, illegal, or otherwise harmful content.
- Use the artwork in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of any third party.
IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION:
You are allowed to use this artwork on physical products and sell those physical products commercially, including through print-on-demand services.
However, you are not allowed to sell, share, or redistribute the artwork itself as a digital file, design resource, downloadable asset, NFT, or source material, whether original or modified.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND AND PHYSICAL PRODUCT RIGHTS:
If you purchase or download this digital artwork under this License Agreement, you may use the licensed artwork to create physical end products, including print-on-demand products, as long as your use follows the terms of this License Agreement.
You may use a print-on-demand service, fulfillment partner, manufacturer, or production provider of your choice to create physical products using the licensed artwork.
Depending on the provider, you may print the artwork on products such as apparel, accessories, posters, framed prints, canvas prints, home décor, stationery, packaging, phone cases, mugs, bags, and other physical merchandise.
You may sell physical end products featuring the licensed artwork through your own store, e-commerce website, marketplace, retail shop, event, client project, or print-on-demand platform.
You may modify, adapt, crop, recolor, resize, or combine the artwork for use on your own physical products, as long as the artwork itself is not sold, shared, redistributed, or offered as a standalone digital file or design asset.
Purchasing this digital artwork does not give you the right to sell, share, redistribute, upload, or offer the original or modified digital file as a standalone digital product, design resource, stock image, template, NFT, downloadable file, or source material.
If you purchase a physical product from an official MiRAiARTWORKS POD merch store, you may use, gift, resell, modify, decorate, or customize that specific physical item. However, purchasing a physical product does not grant you the right to copy, extract, reproduce, redistribute, or reuse the artwork or design itself.
You may not copy the design from a physical product, extract the artwork from product photos or mockup images, create additional products using the same artwork without purchasing the corresponding digital artwork license, or create a resale page that makes you appear to be an official MiRAiARTWORKS store, authorized seller, partner, or representative.
If you would like to create and sell your own physical products using MiRAiARTWORKS artwork, you must purchase the corresponding digital artwork and follow this License Agreement.
Please make sure that the file size, resolution, format, color settings, and license terms meet the requirements of the POD provider and the product you wish to create.
Product costs, production fees, shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and other local charges may apply depending on the POD provider, shipping destination, and product type. These fees are charged by the POD provider, shipping carrier, customs authority, tax authority, payment provider, or other third party, not by MiRAiARTWORKS.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
This artwork was created using AI tools in combination with human creative direction, selection, editing, and/or modification.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the seller retains all rights, title, and interest in the artwork and the digital file, including copyright, distribution rights, and licensing rights.
Purchasing or downloading this file grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the artwork under these terms. This license allows you to create and sell physical end products using the artwork, but it does not transfer ownership of the original digital file or any underlying intellectual property rights.
No physical product will be shipped. This is a digital download product.
