This digital artwork is licensed under the following terms. By purchasing or downloading this file, you agree to this License Agreement.
You are purchasing a license to use the digital artwork, not ownership of the original digital file or any underlying rights.

- Modify, edit, crop, recolor, combine, or adapt the artwork for use on your own personal or commercial end products.
- Use this artwork in digital designs, social media content, websites, advertisements, branding materials, and promotional content.

- Resell, share, give away, sublicense, or redistribute the original digital file.
- Resell, share, give away, sublicense, or redistribute any modified version of the artwork as a standalone digital product.
- Sell or distribute the artwork, or any modified version of it, as a design asset, stock image, template, clip art, downloadable file, NFT, or similar digital product.
- Upload the artwork, or any modified version of it, to stock asset platforms, digital download marketplaces, NFT platforms, or similar services as a standalone asset.
- Claim authorship of the original artwork.
- Register the artwork, or any confusingly similar version of it, as your own copyright, trademark, logo, or exclusive brand asset.
- Use the artwork in content that promotes hatred, discrimination, harassment, violence, illegal activity, or extremist political or religious propaganda.
- Use the artwork in pornographic, defamatory, misleading, illegal, or otherwise harmful content.
- Use the artwork in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of any third party.
IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION:
You are allowed to use this artwork on physical products and sell those physical products commercially, including through print-on-demand services.
However, you are not allowed to sell, share, or redistribute the artwork itself as a digital file, design resource, downloadable asset, NFT, or source material, whether original or modified.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
This artwork was created using AI tools in combination with human creative direction, selection, editing, and/or modification.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the seller retains all rights, title, and interest in the artwork and the digital file, including copyright, distribution rights, and licensing rights.
Purchasing or downloading this file grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the artwork under these terms. This license allows you to create and sell physical end products using the artwork, but it does not transfer ownership of the original digital file or any underlying intellectual property rights.
No physical product will be shipped. This is a digital download product.
