About changing plans during your subscription

To change plans, please cancel your current plan first, then choose and purchase one of the 4 plans above. If you do not cancel first, you may be charged for both subscriptions, and your new subscription's limit and period will be applied.

After subscribing

You can use Subscription Management to manage your subscription (pause, resume, or cancel) and review your billing history. Click the link and enter your email address to receive a magic login link. Click the magic login link to open My Orders, then select the relevant subscription and scroll down to manage it. If you see an error message, please refresh the page. If the issue persists or you need assistance, please reach out to our support team.

Click the icon in the top left to view your full order page.

Click the icon in the top right to open the menu. From there, you can choose Account or Sign out.

In Account, you may update your name and email address. Please do not change any other settings.

Please note: subscriptions are linked to the email address used at the time of purchase. If you subscribed with an old email address, changing your account email will not transfer that subscription to the new email address.

To access a subscription purchased with your old email address, please sign in using that old email address. If you subscribe again with a new email address, it will be treated as a separate subscription.

Be careful: if you start a new subscription with your new email address without canceling the subscription under your old email address, you may be charged twice.

When you click the subscription shown in My Orders, the details will appear at the bottom of the page, as shown in the image.

How charges work while your subscription is paused

Pausing your subscription stops the next charge while it is paused. It does not save or add back unused days from your current period.

Example 1: You pause and resume before the next charge date

• You subscribed on Dec 24.
• Your next charge date is Jan 24.
• You pause on Dec 26.
• You resume on Jan 4 (before Jan 24).
• Result: Your next charge date stays Jan 24.
• Why: Pausing only stops billing while paused. It does not move your current cycle forward.

Example 2: You pause and resume after the original charge date has passed

• You subscribed on Dec 24.
• Your next charge date is Jan 24.
• You pause on Dec 26.
• You resume on Jan 26 (after Jan 24).
• Result: Your next charge date becomes Feb 24.
• Why: The subscription was paused on Jan 24, so you were not charged that day. When you resumed on Jan 26, billing started again and the next charge was set one month later.

About downloads while paused

• Downloads are not available while your subscription is paused.
• You can download again after you resume your subscription.

About the Account Page

When you click Account after logging in, your customer data will be displayed.If you are using a computer, click Account in the top-right corner.If you are using a mobile device, click Account from the menu.

  You can view your subscription download limit, subscription period, and downloaded files.
  By clicking the download button, you can download the same file again. However, please note that even when downloading the same file, each download will reduce your remaining limit by one.

  The subscription plan page you are currently viewing will be displayed here.
  Please use this page if you would like to renew your subscription.
  
  
• Log Out
  Logs you out of your account.
