You may use the digital artwork purchased from MiRAiARTWORKS to create and sell physical end products, including print-on-demand products, under the terms of our License Agreement.

Important Information

To turn your purchased digital artwork into physical products, you may use a print-on-demand (POD) service or another production provider of your choice.

Depending on the provider, you may be able to print the artwork on products such as apparel, accessories, posters, home décor, stationery, packaging, and other physical merchandise.

You may keep the printed items for personal use or sell physical products featuring the licensed artwork as commercial end products.

You may modify, adapt, crop, recolor, or combine the artwork for use on your own physical products, including print-on-demand products. However, you may not resell, share, redistribute, upload, or offer the original or modified digital file as a standalone digital product, design asset, stock image, template, NFT, or downloadable file.

Please make sure that the file size, resolution, format, color settings, and license terms meet the requirements of the POD provider and the product you wish to create.

Product costs, production fees, shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and other local charges may apply depending on the POD provider, shipping destination, and product type. These fees are charged by the POD provider, shipping carrier, customs authority, tax authority, or payment provider, not by MiRAiARTWORKS.

If you would like to use our files for print-on-demand production, please either purchase the POD file set or download the applicable product through your active subscription plan.

Note: 

MiRAiARTWORKS primarily sells digital artwork files. We do not normally provide print-on-demand production, fulfillment, or shipping services.

However, upon request, we may be able to assist with print-on-demand production as a separate custom service. This service is not included in the standard digital artwork price and may require a separate quote, additional production fees, shipping fees, taxes, and a longer delivery time.

Please note that requesting production assistance from us may cost significantly more and take considerably longer than arranging print-on-demand production directly with a POD provider yourself.

• If your print-on-demand order is canceled, rejected, delayed, misprinted, or refunded by a third-party POD provider, please contact that provider directly.

• The cost of the digital file purchased from MiRAiARTWORKS is generally non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded, unless the file is defective, corrupted, inaccessible, incorrectly delivered, or otherwise required by applicable law.

• If a POD provider asks for confirmation of your license to use the artwork, please contact us. We may be able to provide reasonable confirmation of your purchase and license. However, final approval for production is determined by the POD provider, not by MiRAiARTWORKS.
